Perfume development
atomizer apparatus for diffusion of perfume
motion detectors; controlling software

We asked a professional perfumer to create a perfume for a narrow, precisely orchestrated path (150m) in the Merian Botanical Gardens, which would underline and accentuate the typical properties of the location.
An atomizer apparatus was placed in an unobtrusive sink buried in the ground, which was triggered by motion detectors along the trail to release a fine cloud of perfume.
